From the Desk of Miss Communication: So a little while back we asked for your most heated questions about the Male mind. You see i have discovered a RARE find. I have a male friend that lays it all out. He doesn’t sugar coat it for me but also doesnt hurt my feelings. He just tells it how it is! he is my go to guy when it comes to advice. I felt the need to share this wealth of info with the world! Here is the first round of answers to your probing questions. Q: If you want a girl, then why don’t you just make a move? What are you waiting for? Short (of course) of the chick dropping her pants and telling you it’s yours.
A From Mr. Sunshine: Interesting question, I wonder how many girls feel like this…… well from my guy perspective there could be a couple answers for this one so I will break them down.
Answer 1: Fear of rejection
Believe it or not guys do get nervous when it comes to women. Even if we want someone sometimes we are intimidated for various reasons about just being a man and going for it .
Thus causing us to wait for a obvious window of opportunity,maybe not so much as a girl dropping her pants and telling us its ours… but maybe something a long those lines. Especially if a guy really likes a girl the fear of rejection grows.
Answer 2: He really is just not that into you.
I have had my personal experiences where I do drag a girl on. Not to say I am not into her but I’m just not into her enough to put forth that extra effort. Therefor it is the mind state of it happens cool, if it doesn’t happen well no loss.
In the end I know women like the idea of a man going after them and taking charge,showing what he wants and he is not afraid to get it etc. But if you are so into a guy that you ask yourself this question maybe try taking matters into your own hands and initiating that first chain of reaction.

A From Mr. Sunshine:Me… Personally…. No. Matter of fact no way. Never have and doubt I ever will want that. But there are some guys who have different things that make them go hmmmmm. To each their own.
Q: I had a drunken one night stand with this great guy recently. I don’t want to just be a one night stand to him. How can I change that or is it doomed now?
A From Mr. Sunshine:Ok, this is a good question. I am not sure if there is really a way to change this other then to be yourself.
I myself have had one night stands that turned into lengthy relationships. It just matters on a couple of things…
1) do you have more to offer this guy then sex?
2) is he the kind of guy that could appreciate you for more then just sex?
As a guy if I have a one night stand with a girl I look at it as something that happens from time to time. Yes sometimes it could be a rushed lustful moment with nothing to offer more then what happened the night before. Other times it can lead to more depending how both parties involved feel afterward.
If I had a one night stand with a girl that was great, and I still wanted to know more about her I definitely wouldn’t let it stop me from getting to know her more.
It’s all how you want the situation to be, and just my 2 cents… sometimes I think girls worry way too much about the whole one night stand thing. Have fun with your life.
