Facebook is Not the New Match.Com!
Facebook is not the new way to pick up on people and because of people who think this…I have become a lying liar that lies!
That’s right! I am now the lying liar that lies out of my lie hole, that I have accused so many others of! But I had a reason. A pretty good reason…Kinda. First, let me start by telling everyone that Facebook is not the new dating site. I may have met my last boyfriend off of Myspace, but you only make that mistake once! Again I stress, Facebook is not the new Match.com!
So, I get this friend request from a guy. We happen to have a friend in common and I go into “maybe we met at a party and I don’t remember and now I don’t want to be rude” mode. I accept and within a few minutes I get a message in my inbox. He pretty much told me he thought I was hot (in his best Ebonics possible) and asked me if I would like to meet up sometime. Wow there killer! I quickly backed out of my inbox like he could see I was reading it or something. I then went about my daily Facebooking routine and logged off. Later in the evening I logged on again and I got an IM. It was my new fb stalker. I was nice and chit chatted for a bit then “accidently” logged off mid conversation. What?! Like you’ve never done that before!… Don’t judge me!
The next day while checking updates I had a new message. It was him! AGAIN! Telling me the usual (in perfect Ebonics) and again asking me out so he can have the chance before anyone else snatches me up. Ok, I must admit that that was a kind of nice thing to say, but at the same time what do you think happens? The very next guy I go out with I’m going to seriously date? I’m sorry, but did I just enter a tag you’re it game! Anyways, I’m sure he meant it in the nicest possible way. I decide to take a little look at his page and realize that we no longer have a friend in common. Did he try the same thing with my friend and she got smart and deleted him?! I still have yet to ask her actually, haha. Anyways, I take a look at some of his pictures and notice that either he is really short or all his friends are giants. Now, I’m not saying I wouldn’t date him cause of that. I am already not interested, that’s just another nail in the “I’m sorry I can’t date you” coffin.
So, I decided to just ignore the situation, but that didn’t work! It’s like he has a red flashing light rigged up in his parents basement, I mean room when I go online! I INSTANTLY (and I’m really not exaggerating) get an IM. Aaaand of course I feel the need to be nice. It’s not like this guy has been mean in anyway…he’s just kinda stalkerish. So he IM’d me about going out again and this time I didn’t log out. Instead….I LIED!!!! I told him that I was dating someone. I flat out lied!!! Good thing this guy doesn’t know me or he would have seen right through my typing. I am NOT a good liar. I mean I justify it with a week before I had gone out with someone, so I was only partially lying. Makes sense right?!
He told me to let him know when and if that ended, etc and I was like ok…bye. So, I’m in the clear!
WRONG!!!! He seems to still write me every other day. If it’s just to say hi then ok, cool. But he always tends to stick something in. Like the other day he told me that my man was very lucky. Oh man! That was hard for me to recover from. I almost instinctively wrote..What Man?! That would have been a big boo boo. So, I kinda just sent a smile and thinking to myself…yes, one day. One day my man (whoever he shall be) will be lucky! Haha. So again, I’m not completely lying! Right?!
Today he wrote me seeing that I had some new pics up and asked if I was still with someone. I didn’t answer. I can’t live this lie! Soon, I am gonna have to start putting pictures up of my fictitious boyfriend, George Glass!
See this is what happens when you become a lying liar that lies out of your lie hole! You are an endless lie hole of lies!!!! But the real lesson here is…

bwahahahaah George Glass! Sorry I am dying, I STILL crack up thinking about Lilo and her fake bf! BTW was this friend in common me? If so I didn’t know this dude either but have a guy friend in common with him, he never messaged me and I just noticed I was deleted!

I hear George is in line for a promotion, to captain in the army. It seems he will be on a deployment which could last for months, EVEN YEARS Sorry mister stalker but I really have to wait for Captain George, I mean Glass to return.
And yeah, seriously. Ask every day if you’re still dating someone? No stress right there!
Just tell him to lay it off and that you’re not interested in dating him at all. I’m not just that into you-kind of thing? Then block him if he still hangs in there!
