adult entertainment Working in the adult entertainment industry is much like being on a deserted island with wild cannibals, crazy nomads and the occasional larger than life wildebeest. Its not unlike living in the book lord of the flies … maybe its closer to living the TV series Lost but with even less clothes and more hot women. Why do I have this analogy of a remote island full of terrors? Working in the biz can suck you into a social island. It’s not that we don’t like normal people or don’t talk to our non-industry friends … but well, the biz changes you a bit. Your vocabulary gets harsher. Your sense of what is up for “normal” discussion changes. You have to make sure kids aren’t sitting near you in a restaurant and over hear the terms like bukkake that lead to uncomfortable parental conversations. The other reason it’s like an island … we have a party for the opening of a coke can! Any day of the week our business has some sort of gathering that usually involves free drinks. Which means we have a tendancy to just well … stick together. There are just certain things you deal with on a day to day basis that no one else except like minded industry friends can understand.
It’s not all bad. Open minded people are often attracted to the biz. I can use swear words at work. I also don’t have to wear a suit. Plus I get free sex toys! Another positive from being in the biz … I no longer have a weak stomach… or is that a negative? Anywhoo … the population of my island has recently decreased and I am saddened and over joyed by it at the same time.

Uncategorized I haven’t blogged in a little bit … but for good reason. Sexy Friend Turned into Sexy Boyfriend. Sexy Boyfriend turned into Live in Boyfriend. Who will now be known on the blog as Foreign Exchange Student or FES for short. You see he speaks another language and he likes to speak to me in it when he is frustrated with me so I have NO idea what he is saying and can’t argue back. Can you say sucks to be me?
So I didn’t want to blog about it because … well, I didn’t want to jinx it. Lame I know! What am I 12? Mostly … I am the happiest I can remember being in a relationship in a LONG time.
So I officially have a boyfriend … and we live together. Which is truly wonderful. FES and Pants get along really well and we all have fun together. It’s like a constant slumber party! Actually so far everyone is on Team FES and I’m team Captain!

The best part is when she called me hyper ventilating after she had taken 4 pregnancy tests and they all came up positive but was trying to convince me it must have been something she ate. Honey, if Late Night 4th meal drunken drive through gave false positives on pregnancy tests … I’d never pass one!
Truly I love her like a fat kid loves cake! She has been with me through every stage of my zany life. I would have done anything for her … Until she made me her Maid of Honor.

My 1st date with Cute New Guy had gone pretty good … But so were my other dates with the Sexy Friend, like REALLY good. I was actually hitting it off well … with both of them. Hmmmmm decisions, decisions. I decided I’ll hang out with both until I know for sure who I like. After all I’ve only been on a few dates with each of them.
Last week Cute New Guy invites me out to his area to try some new restaurant for our third date. I head out to BFE looking cute, parking 9 blocks away and having to make a hike up a hill in heels just to get to his place. Uncategorized 3 weekends ago I headed out to dinner with a group of friends. Well to be honest this was a “date try out”. You see I have a guy friend who I’ve known for a long time, in fact he dated an old friend of mine several years back. There was always an attraction that we seemed to avoid … for that very reason. Neither of us has spoken to her in ages, so we kind of decided to try a date on for size. But in a group setting to be safe and I think we were both nervous about being tacky.
This is the first date I was nervous for in a long time! I drive up to the restaurant where I will be joined by my date and 10 of our friends. My date and I live in very different areas and I was about 15 minutes early. As I’m getting out of my car I see a cute guy who I have never met! Now I’ve met everyone in my circle of friends and quickly make my way over. Hey! I was still on free time the date didn’t start for 15 min and my date wasn’t there yet. Uncategorized Sometimes sex gets down right funny! Being that I see it at work on a regular basis, I am used to seeing laughing and playing when the cameras stop rolling, after all we are all working. Sex on set can get down right hysterical sometimes: pop shots to the eye, falling off desks, etc. But I have had a few instances when my own personal sex life should have ended up on America’s Funniest Home Videos. Don’t get any ideas … I’m not going the Paris Hilton route! Since I didn’t film it and can’t broadcast it’s glory across the internet, I’ll just get a little too TMI and share this embarrassing yet comedic event.
Awhile back I was hanging out with a fairly fun guy and we decided to head down the coast for a weekend of fun in the sun! We have the IPOD jamming with the summer tunes, great weather … the weekend is shaping up to be perfect. We decide to stay at an amazingly cool kitschy hotel that he knew about the first 2 nights before making our move to the much ritzy-er hotel. I was going to experience everything this weekend! (that sentence is much funnier later!) The first night we chill and rest up because some friends were gonna be in town the following night and we knew we were gonna be on full tilt with their arrival!

A follower suggested I post my current Playlist. I looked at my Playlist and decided I didn’t want to appear as boring as I am in print since I do a bang up job of it in real life. So I decided instead to kind of make it like a MeMe. Don’t worry I originally had to google the term at first myself. I’ll wait … Wikipedia has the best answer, as they always do.
Now that your back … I’ll continue. I have a strong connection to music and it often reminds me of certain people/events/places/etc. When my ipod is on shuffle in my car it will play something that randomly reminds me of these moments that happened in my life and yes, they are usually really random.
